GENTLE YOGA

Fully Supported & Accessible

Gentle Yoga blends stretching, breathwork and standing postures into a balanced practice.  Practitioners are fully supported, and their practice modified to suit their unique physical needs.

Each class includes a guided relaxation and sound healing from my collection of antique Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Private in-person Gentle Yoga Sessions are held outdoors in and around Southeastern Connecticut during the spring, summer and fall.
